18k Gold Plated Nautilus Seiko Mod
18k Gold Plated Nautilus Seiko Mod
A timeless and elegant Seiko mod. The limited edition kintsugi dial and leather strap make the watch playful enough that it can be worn outside of formal events, which is perfect as you won't want to take it off.
Features:
Limited Edition California Kintsugi dial. An 18K Gold-Plated Dial featuring the Japanese art of Kintsugi. Kintsugi is a traditional form of Japanese art that seeks to transform damage instead of simply "fixing" it. The dial exhibits a mix of Roman Numerals and Kanji hour markers separated by a golden crack.
Golden Case. A brushed and polished golden nautilus style case. It feels just as much an everyday watch as it does a special occasion watch.
Golden Bracelet. A matching golden bracelet with oyster styling, using a deployant clasp. Very comfortable, with three micro adjustment options. It starts at 20mm wide and tapers down to 15.5mm at the buckle.
The Movement. Automatic Movement. Housed inside this Japanese powerhouse of a movement are 24 Jewels, 41 hours of power reserve, 21,600 bph, and a bi-directional automatic rotor. The immensely popular NH35 workhorse movement by Seiko. Famously reliable and sturdy, it became an instant classic that is favoured by thousands of microbrands globally. Does not require a yearly service (recommended every three or more).
The Crystal. A flat sapphire with anti-reflective coating on the underside.
The Precision. Buy with confidence knowing your watch movement has been regulated to +/- 5 seconds per day
Dimensions:
- Lug to Lug: 46.3mm

The NH GMT movement series by Seiko is a reliable automatic movement with optional manual winding and second hacking. It supports date, day-date and GMT functions as showcased by the different styles of watches in my shop. Please note, while I may use Seiko parts in my custom watches, I am not affiliated with Seiko in anyway and these watches are not official Seiko releases. These are beautifully hand-crafted and originally designed modified Seikos using Seiko's official NH movement series.
Delivered in a beautiful custom stamped (Provenance Watches) leather travel case. Makes for a perfect gift.

It depends on so many factors, including but not limited to; the cost of the watch, the type of watch you've bought (vintage, new, or modified), and the import and tax laws of your country. If you're unsure we recommend checking the import laws that relate to your country before ordering.
Are your watches water resistant?
All of our watch mods are tested by our own pressure depth testing equipment, and are guaranteed to resistant water up to 50m of depth. Seiko Originals have varied levels of depth resistance, which will be stated in the description of each watch.
Can I modify an existing design?
We welcome all ideas! Get in touch via the Contact Us page and we can let you know the possibility and cost of any potential alterations.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the hand-made nature of the Seiko Mods, we offer a 7 day returns period after the watch has been received. The returner must bear the cost of the returns, and the watch must be returned in the same condition as it arrived. We do not offer returns on any bespoke or custom-made watches.
Due to the vintage nature of the Seiko Originals, returns are considered on a case-by-case basis, as vintage items typically have a no returns policy.
