A super lightweight titanium cushion case watch from Seiko that shouldn’t be overlooked.

Features:

Lightweight. A manual wind movement, a titanium case and a titanium bracelet make this an incredibly lightweight watch. If you’re not careful, the SAGN005 is very capable of going from a rotation watch to an everyday wear without you realising it.

The Dial. Black enamel, worked to Seiko’s incredibly high enamel standards with the beautiful sub-dial indentations we’ve come to expect from Seiko’s craftsmanship.

JDM. Released in the early 2000s, and only in Japan, this watch was hard to track down at the time and even harder to find in good condition now. Often seen as a bit of “grail” watch, and a precursor to the ambition of Grand Seiko’s high movement specs and high spec finishing (the “black” polished centre lines on the hands are fantastic and should be seen in person).

Titanium Bracelet. The original full bracelet – sized up to 7.5 inches (19cm).

Condition: The crystal and dial are perfect. The case and bracelet are in very good shape, but do have micro-abrasions (as is the case with titanium surfaces). The case back has wear from the bracelet scratching it. The photos represent the condition well.

Scope: No box or manual, so I will ship it in a Provenance Watches leather case.

Movement: Manual wind 28,800 bph with 29 jewels, and a dial power reserve (40 hours).

    Do I have to pay customs or taxes?

    It depends on so many factors, including but not limited to; the cost of the watch, the type of watch you've bought (vintage, new, or modified), and the import and tax laws of your country. If you're unsure we recommend checking the import laws that relate to your country before ordering.

    Are your watches water resistant?

    All of our watch mods are tested by our own pressure depth testing equipment, and are guaranteed to resistant water up to 50m of depth. Seiko Originals have varied levels of depth resistance, which will be stated in the description of each watch.

    Can I modify an existing design?

    We welcome all ideas! Get in touch via the Contact Us page and we can let you know the possibility and cost of any potential alterations.

    What is your returns policy?

    Due to the hand-made nature of the Seiko Mods, we offer a 7 day returns period after the watch has been received. The returner must bear the cost of the returns, and the watch must be returned in the same condition as it arrived. We do not offer returns on any bespoke or custom-made watches.

    Due to the vintage nature of the Seiko Originals, returns are considered on a case-by-case basis, as vintage items typically have a no returns policy.
