A super lightweight titanium cushion case watch series from Seiko that shouldn’t be overlooked.

Features:

Brightz. The Brightz line was introduced in the early 2000s and was aimed at working professionals, so the watch had to look both stylish and distinct, but not overbearing, and be comfortable to wear all day, every day. Having owned a large portion of the 4S Brightz series, I think they certainly accomplished their goals. The titanium case and bracelet make them incredibly lightweight and comfortable, and their sleek black dials and high polished finishing give these watches a distinct but not gaudy look.

JDM. Released in the early 2000s, and only in Japan, this watch was hard to track down at the time and even harder to find in good condition now. Often seen as a bit of “grail” series, and a precursor to the ambition of Grand Seiko’s high movement specs and high spec finishing.

Titanium Bracelet. The original bracelet – sized up to 7.5 inches (19cm).

Condition: The crystal and dial are perfect. The case and bracelet are in good shape but do have wear/abrasions, but no damage is significant. The case back has mild wear from the bracelet scratching it. The photos represent the condition well. The movement is running at +6 seconds averaged across the three main positions.

Scope: Original box, manual and papers.

Movement: 4S27 Automatic 28,800 bph with 29 jewels, and a dial power reserve (50 hours). The movement is running at +6 seconds averaged across the three main positions.

    Are your watches water resistant?

    All of our watch mods are tested by our own pressure depth testing equipment, and are guaranteed to resistant water up to 50m of depth. Seiko Originals have varied levels of depth resistance, which will be stated in the description of each watch.

    Can I modify an existing design?

    We welcome all ideas! Get in touch via the Contact Us page and we can let you know the possibility and cost of any potential alterations.

    What is your returns policy?

    Due to the hand-made nature of the Seiko Mods, we offer a 7 day returns period after the watch has been received. The returner must bear the cost of the returns, and the watch must be returned in the same condition as it arrived. We do not offer returns on any bespoke or custom-made watches.

    Due to the vintage nature of the Seiko Originals, returns are considered on a case-by-case basis, as vintage items typically have a no returns policy.
